that's not possible, the OpenSSL libraries are controlled by US state
and federal export restrictions on strong cryptography. The end user
must obtain them themselves and take note if the restrictions apply to
them. We do not, nor wish to, restrict the ability of international

As a suggestion is it possible to direct the installer scripts on a Windows
build to auto-deploy the Appropriate Win32 or Win64 OpenSSL Lite package?
Should the SDK's and package requirements be looked at with regards to
providing access to these libraries available for the future?
