Fine control of the Pwr slider is already available using the up- and
down-arrow keys on your keyboard. Try clicking on the slider first and then
using the up- and down- arrows.

correct, and use SHIFT or CTRL to get coarser 1dB steps with the scroll
wheel. To complete the options, the "Home" and "End" keys also work to
jump to the upper and lower limits respectively.

A text file with a simple list of "ignore".
