I have received a number of queries from Yaesu and Icom Mac users unable to run WSJT-X on Big Sur with Silicon Labs VCP drivers. The problem is a Hamlib communication problem. This does not appear to be a Hamlib matter since the same setup will work with macOS Catalina. I use a Kenwood TS-870s with FTDI chipset in a USB-Serial adapter without any problems on Catalina or Big Sur.
