I guess it is ridiculously late to request you update test documentation, so I will leave it up to each subproject if you do or do not -- or, maybe you already have! But, I did at least create a "3.1" page, and just copied over the content from the "3.0" page.

I think the main audience are other committers, who might want or need to test your own or someone else's components, for any particular build.
