Hi Curt, and hi all... I really don't know whether this is all worth it. It might be better to put uiview32 on Xp in VirtualBox. Did the cvs update -P -d, that got me through till it barfed on the xfontsel. Installed that, and got a clean build, but no raster maps. WHAT??? Took out

Excuse my ignorance.. This virtual machine idea is something new to me. Ive downloaded the vmware Xastir-Hardy and have a complete zip file intact.. Now to run this do I need a Vmware player installed like the current one from vmware being version 2.0.4 ? That was a guess. Is it correct ? Tony
