The saga continues. Ive managed to get a Slackware 11 source for Lesstif 0.95.0 and compile this ok. Follwed by a compile of xastir. The problem with the menu texts still is there. So I wonder if we are really talking about the same OpenMotif bug. None of the Menu Title texts or internal texts

Well Ive biten the bullet and taken the advice. I am trying to compile xastir on Slax. Some problems in the usual area with OpenMotif. I can use a little util to convert Slackware packages to Slax modules which might be handy at some point. Ive tried to tacks with this so far. Downloaded and

Well here we go again.. Ive got xastir going.. I used the Slackware pkgtool and loaded Openmotif 2.3.0 for Slackw 12 and ImageMagick 6.3.3 also. Xastir compiles and runs but has a strange problem that I have not seen before. The Menu texts are missing. There are just small boxes in place of the
