It looks like we fixed 11 issues for 3.6:
The vote passes with 5 +1 and no other votes.
I'll get to work getting the binaries pushed out. As usual, it will
take a little while for the images to get synced to the mirrors.

NOTICE/LICENSE files in all the appropriate places (I hope). The same
changes are present in this candidate that were present in the last one:
* SocketAddress factory example for Alex [1]
* XBEAN-111 Only register Conv
It looks like the javadoc jars don't include the necessary LICENSE and NOTICE
files. I'll figure out how to get them included and create a new release
candidate.
