if the issue persists, let them create a debuglog.
the logfile will tell you which dependency is missing.

sorry to barge in but why do you name it skin.titan.helix ?
That would cause people who use skin.titan in Gotham and upgrade to Helix
have to redo everything again.
They end up with a broken skin and have to install yet another one.
Keeping same ID will make sure it's seemless from Gotham to

they use the same repos, however it will always take the highest version.
So if you make sure that the addon version for Helix one is higher than Gotham
it is safe
