The syslog on all the compute nodes is configured by xCAT to be redirected
to management node, if you would like to stop the syslog redirection, you
could login the compute node, remove the line "*.* @" from the
syslog configuration file, /etc/rsyslog.conf for RHEL 6.x and
/etc/syslog-ng/syslo
Technically, using the 'curl' or 'rest api' to get attributes for a node is
fine, but it will affect the deployment performance for bunch of nodes
since xcatd needs to handle the request for every nodes.
