Is there an example of configuring a dual stack network using confignetwork?
Google finds an example for confignics:
https://sourceforge.net/p/xcat/wiki/Configuring_IPv6_in_xCAT_Cluster/#configure-ipv6-addresses-and-gateway-on-the-compute-nodes-for-ethernet-adapters
But it doesn't seem to work f
I've written a patch to confignetwork allowing it to delete network cards that
are not configured.
This fixes https://github.com/xcat2/xcat-core/issues/6142
I think it could do with some testing by others before it becomes a pull
request. Anyway, here it is:

After installing confluent, xCAT’s makeconfluentcfg can be used to set up the
confluent nodes to work.

currently only reports the BMC firmware.
It used to report IMM version.
Is it possible to get it to report the XCC version, and indeed other firmware
like the network card?

Currently we use "confignics -s -r" to configure the install NIC and remove the
config files for the other nics that exist, but are not configured.
Moving to a new xCAT version and confignetwork, I'd like to replicate that
behaviour (namely removing config files for other nics).

We'd like to automate the process of adding a node back to Spectrum scale after
a reinstall.
In a node definition we use three things:

remoteshell doesn't currently support ed25519 keys.
It looks a relatively simple change to remoteshell to add it (and I think I'll
need to add it to credentials.pm too.
Before I write a patch, has anyone done this already.
It looks like Jarod's secureshell would be a better solution, but we ar

We have a problem with "configics -s -r" not running reliably in a
postscript.
While we have some infiniband nodes, the majority use only one network
for install and as the single network for the nodes.
On node install, we wish to assign a static IP address on the install
nic, and deconfigure
Is there a Vagrant model of an xCAT cluster?
If there were, it should be possible to build a test case for:
https://github.com/xcat2/xcat-core/issues/2633
While clearly it doesn't model the hardware, it would allow some sort of
testing of changes.
