Hello all,

Sorry, if that has be asked and answered before, but I couldn’t find an answer
for my question.

Does anyone know how to configure support of multiple domains per site object?
To be concrete I like to have one part of the cluster in domain:

              mps.mpg.de

and another part in

              integration.mps.mpg.de

ech pointing to different subnets.

Running ‘makedhcp -n’ – command only creates the dhcp – configuration for the
first domain if the domain attribute is set to mps.mpg.de, although the
networks for the second domain have been created correctly. In the site object,
to my understanding, the attribute domain can hold a single string only.

* Is there a way (maybe hidden as described here:
https://sourceforge.net/p/xcat/wiki/XCAT_support_for_multiple_network_domains/)
to set the use of the second domain into effect?
* Do I have to set-up another site object? As I always worked with a
single site object only, does anyone know whether the set-up would work just
out-of-the-box? I.e. Servers from both site-objects would be able to dhcp-boot,
install´, update, … without ‘switching’ between objects?

Many thanks in advance.

Chrees,

-Frank Heckes
