This issue was already reported in https://github.com/xcat2/xcat-core/issues/5644
And the fix is merged in latest xcat 2.14.6, you can evalute if there any risk for you to upgrade your environment to xcat 2.14.6.
If you have to stay with 2.13.10, it is sorry that xCAT
