Thermal radar - really a killer-feature. Nice to have
WP offers those thermal-spot cards for a long time, but not a Thermal
radar, that is updated in flight ...
Should be realized ... A very sensefull feuture

you can power the 310 and get serial data through at the same time. There are
several boxes available on the market that help you with this, e.g. this one
combined with this cable . I just sold mine and it worked fine. You can also

I've been playing with the idea of getting better air data from a new vario
into XCSoar, which I run on an iPAQ 310.
The iPAQ comes with a serial port built in to USB (USB is a serial protocol
anyway), which can be used with a voltage level converter (a $6 part from Hong
