The plugins up there are not even close to finished (except the beaninfo and qtags ones), but this should be a good start for anyone who wants to play around and start writing/porting plugins.
Summary of XDoclet2 features:

As soon as the Plugin Developer Guide is "good enough", I'll make a beta release and announce it in various places. I'm going to JAOO.dk for a week tomorrow (maybe see some of you there?). So the release will probably be in a couple of weeks. In the meanwhile, feedback (to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and JIRA http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/BrowseProject.jspa?id=10231) is most welcome
There should be enough code, docs and stability for anyone who wants to get involved now.
