Hi Hector, I have had the same problem. For me worked set it in grub but
without max (eg. GRUB_CMDLINE_XEN="dom0_mem=4G") , update-grub2 and after run
/usr/lib/xcp/bin/xe-toolstack-restart when if finish normaly reboot machine
with xe host-disable host= and xe host-reboot host=.
