Follow with Kevin's comment, our latest XenGT Q3'15 release is based on Xen 4.5, qemu 1.3, kernel 3.18. You may want to try and make comparison. The latest release notes: https://01.org/igvt-g/blogs/wangbo85/2015/intel-gvt-g-xengt-public-release-q32015 BTW: we have quarterly release for XenGT.
