Below is mostly the v6 cover leter with a few additions. All patches

libxl: Use libxl__xs_* in libxl__write_stub_dmargs
libxl: write qemu arguments into separate xenstore keys
These are refactored into Ian's preferred form (I think). A single loop
for the xenstore
