if it's valid to allocate the entire heap. Try changing your test to
allocate less the the actual heap size and see if there is a change.
Thanks

Hi Greg,
Thanks a lot for your help.
Indeed, r
r. Print the value of rc after rt_heap_bind returns, it will
probable be -EWOULDBLOCK .
Thanks

Hi,
We are currently moving from xenomai 2 to xenomai 3. I installed xenomai
3.0.5, and all seems to be working, with low latency.
I am now trying to get our legacy code to work on xenomai 3 using the
transition kit.
Our program crashes on heap allocation (rt_heap_alloc function) with

That worked, thanks a lot

The demos xddp-echo , xddp-label and xddp-stream seems all to be working
ok.

Our program compiles, but at runtime, on call to rt_pipe_create :
information and try such a tsc-sync patch on different
affected systems.

Hi,
e keyboard and glxgears are gone. The latency is
still low (between 4 and 20) and our software seems to work well. So,
seemingly all good.
Anything else I should check or be careful about ?

Hi,
After using for years xenomai 2.5.6 on ubuntu 12.04, we decided to upgrade to
ubuntu 14.04 and a newer machine.
I installed xenomai 2.6.4 and kernel 3.14.39.
The installation boots correctly, the latency is low and our software seems to
work ok.
But the system has "frequency surge" (I
