I run the /testsuite/latency/run test
dmesg reports the correct loading of modules

Xenomai: hal/ppc loaded.
Xenomai: real-time nucleus v2.0 (Surfing With The Alien) loaded.

Ok, if you can, could you try to compile xenomai without FPU support ?
