Hello, I should probably first issue the disclaimer that as of a few days ago I did not know any details about XML, nor had even heard of Xerces. I have however been able to very quickly integrate Xerces-C++ into my application and get some basic XML functionality working using the DOM API.

Hi Robert, Your statement is true. The Mac OS X builds don't support ICU. Apple's Unicode support is very good, so there hasn't been a call for ICU. But you're welcome to submit a patch...it probably wouldn't be too much work, at least for the command line build. As I recall from the time I looked
