The XML Information Set:

Appears to be the latest recommendation to pop off the W3C pipeline. The
InfoSet appears to be another way of representing a XML document in memory.
It has some similarities to the DOM, but differences in others.

QName class is used in their XPath processing.

I prefer 1.5.1, but 1.6 would be fine for me. I'm +1 for the whole concept
