Sorry, ignore my post. I missed the obvious. I had just set the value to be
schemaURL, not the "namespace schemaURL". That is strange error response though.

I am using Xerces-J 2.6.2 (I checked this with org.apache.xerces.impl.Version)
and the latest JDOM release (Beta 10 Release Candidate 1). I have a problem
