As you can see in the error message, Spreadsheet/ParseExcel.pm is not
found in @INC. It means that it is not in a directory

can you tell me how can I remove active perl from the system. After
removing I can give this another try.
When I ran % perldoc -l SpreadSheet::ParseExcel
I got this info
"/opt/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.3/SpreadSheet/ParseExcel.pm"
