\...@ifclassloaded{book}{\@ifpackageloaded{flowfram}{}{\input{book-xetex-bidi.def}}}{}
in xetex-bidi.def
seems to solve (at least some) current conflicts between bidi (via arabxetex)
and titlesec, even with a co
