NVIDIA's drivers replace XFree86's libGL and GLX module. You need to uninstall NVIDIA's drivers to get OpenGL working with the "nv" driver. Or at least restore XFree86's OpenGL libraries and GLX module. For GLX it's merely a matter of removing NVIDIA's /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libgl
