So you put the cd in the cdrom and boot from it. Then you do all the configuration.. The beginner/novice mode and mount/create/choose boot system. Right? Then you choose to install from CD or FTP/HTTP etc.. In the setup you can choose, /mnt/cdrom try re-downloading the iso and burning it again,

[XFree86] Xserver won't start

I have a new installation of Debian 3.0 r3 on a Gateway Pentiun II 233 with an AccelGraphics Permedia II graphics card. The XFree86 version is 4.1.0.1. I believe I have the correct driver (glint) but the Xserver will not start. (The rest of the installation works fine.) I am attaching the log
