Hello, I realize I'm ignoring the very first thing your log file says, which is to try a newer version before reporting problems. I am running XFree86 Version 4.2.0, which is bundled with Red Hat 7.3, an "old" but very stable release. This version of XFree86 has run without incident on this mach

[XFree86] Fatal Server Error: No Screens Found

Hi!   I recently installed Turbolinux. When I try to start it, log-in, and type startx, i get an error than no screens are found. Unfortunatley, I've been unable to access my files that have the complete error.   Please let me know if you need more info so I can try to find it.   Thanks! Phi
