Im having a strange problem. I can run kde as root, but whenever I try
to run KDE as a user, I get the following error:
Fatal Server Error: cannot move old logfile var!log!XFree86.0.log (sorry
Im using ! instead of forward slashes, my keyboard configuration needs
some work still ;) Iv
If I delete the Xfree86.0.log file, I get this error when I try to start
KDE:
Fatal Server Error: cannot open logfile /var/log/XFree86.0.log
Talk about irony.

What am I doing wrong?
3) Should I just re-format (again!) and live with poor video card
performance, and quit messing around with XFree?
