[XFree86] Xinerama - can't achieve >640x480 res on 2nd head?

No matter what I do I can't seem to get a decent resolution on my 2nd monitor. Setup's basic - a NVidia agp (geforce2mx) and a Ati PCI (Mach64) (locations etc in XF86Config file below). I'm specifying 1024, 800 and at various colour depths and modelines but this has no effect and the resolutions
