I'd like to ask every one to please focus on a quick release of the
upcoming 1.2, so that we can get out of the current RELEASE FREEZE.
Please avoid any commit not specifically addressing a BUG in the
current code. Kindly defer all other commits, until we publish the
upcoming 1.2. W
