Have you set XINDICE_HOME?
You shouldn't need to set any classpath at all if you do that.
That's running on Linux though, don't know if the BAT scripts assemble the
classpath automatically in the same way.

If we can't do it, we would have to go about extracting items of data from
the XML documents into a traditional RDBMS. But we really don't want to do
that..
