Sounds like a winner to me...the imap support would be great and I will
look deeper into the imap xmail question...I thought php has an imap
class...but I don't know how well it works with xmail...so for future
releases that would be nice...but a windows version without imap support
and your great
I thought xmail already had imap??!!

At the moment I am not using any IMAP servers but am looking for options
and I like the option with this webbased mail integration...however I
don't really know how hard it will be to implement it on an NT system.

He is using (Courier IMAP with authmysql)
He is using (Courier IMAP with authmysql). Since it is written around
that model I will have to rewrite it for the PHP IMAP extension?? If so
I can't do ithehe am not a good programmer in PHP at all. So if that
is rewritten it should be able to work in windows?

From
MySQL is available for win32 and php has a dll for imap (look in the
extensions dir).
If there are any problems they will be in the IMAP-server <--> Xmail
connection...

I have a MS 2000 Serv er running xmail 1.11 + PHP + IIS. If I get a SQL
or MySql and if they have the imap client available for windows could
this web mail be used? Or are you planning a windows release of the
software in the future?
