also, try using the SmartDNSHost line in your server.tab
I found this fixed some problems I had sending to a couple of addresses.
(99% worked ok without this line, but just a couple recently started giving
me problems)

I cannot find an explanation for your problem ... It surely has to do
something with DNS lookup & routing.
Try to do nslookup type MX to 'prhc.on.ca'. From here it resolves fine.
If it resolves fine at your setup, try to telnet to port 25 of
mail.prhc.on.ca with destination [EMAIL PROTECTE
