Looking at spool I see:
417 Temporary delivery error
I'm not sure, but I expect Hotmail does a RDNS-Check on your
RDNS was created years ago (we are an ISP since 1996) and is working fine
(http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=atinet.com.br)
We have created spf records too but the problem persists.
Any idea?
