Most POP3 clients should give this option
Outlook XP doesn't decode the virus and shows the same text you see in
Pine.
Even if it were encoded properly, the XP version doesn't let you open
..exe, .vbs, etc. (or save or even know that they exist). Almost on the
paranoid-side, but necessary for the mostly-ignorant masses.
