Rob, Thank you very much Rod for a detailed instruction. I will look into this immediately. However, We will be moving some of our exchange users to Xmail that is why I tried to test using smthauth.tab to block a user in Xmail but it did not work as I stated below. Any ideas? Thanks, Erwin

Hello, Is there a way to block certain users in sending out emails outside Xmail or to the internet? If the blocked user or email address sends out an email, there should be an autoreply stating that he is not allowed to send out emails outside the domain. Got any solution for this situation? I am
