Is this option then general for the server or it is possible to switch it on
for each user separately?

I've just setup Xmail on Win2K and I want to know
if possible to set "secure password authentication" when
clients log on pop3 server?
(by default all usernames and passwords are sent to
pop3 server in plain text)
