Hi,
        I have been experiencing problems with a UK ISP called
btconnect.com. This is what is in the SLOG:

[PeekTime] 1048588684 : Tue, 25 Mar 2003 10:38:04 -0000
<<
ErrCode   = -62
ErrString = Bad SMTP response
SMAIL SMTP-Send MX = "smtpsrvr.btconnect.com." SMTP =
"hal.networks.co.uk" From = "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" To =
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" Failed !
SMTP-Error = "417 Temporary delivery error"

 This seems to be happening with all emails to btconnect.com. I have
used telnet to connect to the SMTP server and this is the response I
receive:

220 dswu83 mailer 3.1 (Solaris) of 16:46:04 Jun 25 2002. Here Pleased to
meet you (IDENT) (ESMTP) (contact: [EMAIL PROTECTED])
250-dswu83: 1.105.189.62.in-addr.arpa looks good to me
250-VRFY
250-SIZE
250-DSN
250-PIPELINING
250 HELP

One weird thing is I had to put the command EHLO
1.105.189.62.in-addr.arpa rather than hal.networks.co.uk which is my
mail server. Other wise the remote SMTP server told me:

250-c2bapps1: You are bluffing - `1.105.189.62.in-addr.arpa` expected

Any idea why I can not send email to btconnect correctly? I am using
1.14 pre 02. I was using pre01 before.

Thanks,
Alex
