If someone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated. For some reason
unknown to me, some users are unable to send mail to external domains while
others have no problems at all. I have compared user settings and am at a
loss to find what is causing some traffic to be rejected and other traffic
to flow freely, even to the same external email address. Below is a sample
from my SMTP log showing an email sent to one of my personal accounts that
never makes it there. I am able to send email to this account with no
trouble.

"ns1.planhouse.com"     "planhouse.com" "66.35.141.202" "2002-07-11
08:18:07"   "mach5" "inthecastle.com"       "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]"      "S1BCE" "RCPT=OK"       ""      "0"
"ns1.planhouse.com"     "planhouse.com" "66.35.141.202" "2002-07-11
08:18:07"   "mach5" "inthecastle.com"       "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]"      "S1BCE" "RECV=OK"       ""      "1280"

I additionally attempted to utilize this particular user's account on my own
machine and received similar results despite utilizing the same settings for
her account as for mine. The following was shown in the log for that
attempt.

"ns1.planhouse.com"     "planhouse.com" "66.35.141.202" "2002-07-11
08:36:20"   "Monolith"      "inthecastle.com"
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]"    "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"      "S1BD6"
"RCPT=OK"       "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"      "0"
"ns1.planhouse.com"     "planhouse.com" "66.35.141.202" "2002-07-11
08:36:20"   "Monolith"      "inthecastle.com"
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]"    "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"      "S1BD6"
"RECV=OK"       "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"      "440"

I'm currently stumped. It is as if somehow I have 2 classes of users, those
that are allowed to send mail to the outside world and those that are not.
Is this a possibility?
