When a filter exits too fast, an error -121 ERR_PROCESS_EXECUTE is triggered, the exit code is ignored and the message is delivered anyway. After I insert a delay (sleep) for 3 seconds, the filter works ok. (I have also a virus scanner filter which works great and the only difference is time consumed, that's why I tried this).
The second observation: when a 'speedy' filter is applied and the error -121 is triggered, the same error is triggered for the next filter, even if the next one works ok otherwise (my case: a virus scanner).
