Is there a option anywhere in xmail to limit the number of outgoing
recipients when a user sends a message and fowards it to many people.

It's a command line parameter.

yeah I know that now... but before you said it was a command line parameter
I thought it would be in the server.tab as an option.

level and user level in respective .tab files in future 2.x ?=20
