I've found great success with the SpamAssassin Filter by Don Drake
http://www.drakeconsult.com/xmail/ and SpamAssassin (spamd) in a linux
enviroment.  Shipped configurations work well and there is a great amount of
configuration you can do to create a specific anti-spam policy on your mail
server.
