I think it's a good idea... AFAIK this can't be done
through the game input configuration.
But this 'problem' lies in the sarge-emulator in the
mame-core, not xmame. This list is for discussion of
issues relating to the port of mame to unix. Thus,
the subject is off
I would like to play "sarge" but it is nearly impossible to control. Sarge
uses two joysticks in its arcade configuration. When both sticks are
forward, you move forward. When the left stick is forward, and the right is
back, you turn right, etc. I would like to emulate this with one joysti

Dunno about 2.96_85, but 3.0 doesn't break the kernel. For me, at least.
