The mamedevs recently decided to scrap the testdrivers system in favor of
only using the GAME_NOT_WORKING flag. In the process they also removed
testdrivers that needed too much work to be worth being kept in the codebase
(recent Neogeo games were also removed, but that was a few months ago).

i notice that since mame 0.75 there are no testdrivers anymore. they are now
drivers, but it seems that some of the [test]drivers are gone away. has
someone a list with all the removed stuff?
