I thought about adding it to dos mame. I think it's safe to say that 2d games wouldn't benefit much, especially anything with text. Playing the PSX based games in 256 colours isn't too bad either, you really ought to add that code too :-). Phill ___ Xm

so I've recently upgraded to the kernel 2.6 series (starting with test10), and have noticed that they're quite a bit slower with emulators. Playing Pacmania certainly shows tearing, and zsnes has major sound issues. this shouldn't be a problem playing either of these games on an Athlon 1Ghz with 5
