[Xmame] BUILD_EXPAT in Makefile

The Makefile has BUILD_EXPAT=1 uncommented. This is a (minor) problem for the debian package because policy says packages should use the original upstream tree (ie no modifications outside debian/). Currently, we patch/unpatch the Makefile during builds to uncomment the BUILD_EXPAT line. Can you

Hi, I'm trying to use the SDL version of mess 0.9.0. When I hit escape, the emulator closes, but it doesn't return to the command line. Control-C doesn't work either. I have to do control-Z, and then "kill -9 %1" to actually kill it. This causes a problem for my front end. my system is Re
