I have the same fullscreen focus problem on WindowMaker, and
this windowmanager didn't change for ages.
When started with -fullscreen the app has no focus and for a
strange reason is doesn't appear on the alt-tab list, so it also
can't be focused that way. Ofcourse mouse click also doesn't
