Just took a look at that - it looks like the scale2x effect I added recently (except it seems it can also stretch the resulting image to other sizes). If you don't have the patch I can mail it to you (the latest patch is from sept. 21). Unfortunately, it doesn't work with xmame.xgl at the moment
