Is there anyway we can put up some sort of disclaimer that tells people to not

This could be done gracefully by a once-a-week FAQ sent out like other
mailing lists (perl-beginners for example).

sorry if anybody got angry with this, but a few time
ago somebody asked for roms (when U were doing the
repository I think) and I gave U an URL with roms...
thus I didn´t think this bothers U.
