xmame and xmess 0.104 are out.

Changes since 0.103:
- Everything from MAME 0.104 (http://x.mame.net/changes-mame.html) and
MESS 0.104 (http://x.mame.net/changes-mess.html).
- The "-Wdeclaration-after-statement" switch is no longer enabled by
default in the makefile, since it's only available in GCC 3.4 and
later.
- Performing "make install" now installs tools such as romcmp and
chdman.
